3 Months Free Trial
For the first three months all Partner time will be absolutely FREE
of charge. You don’t pay us a single penny! You also have access to our FREE telephone support helpline.
Of you’re not delighted after three months with the additional
services we provide such as payroll, bookkeeping, management accounts,
preparation of VAT returns we will refund back to you all the fees
you’ve paid.
Why do we do this:
1. We don’t want you to take any risk whatsoever when you start
using our services.
2. We shoulder all the risk. If we don’t live up to your high
expectations, we suffer – not you.
3. We don’t believe you should have to make the decision to
appoint an accountancy firm after meeting the Partners on just one
or two occasions. You will still have many unanswered questions in
your mind. Therefore we give you the opportunity and time to sample
our services before committing yourself. This is as fair as we can
be!
4. Accountancy services are “intangible.” You only see
the benefit of accountancy services once you start using them. Therefore
we give you three months to try our services and decide for yourself
if we’re right for you and your company. If we’re not,
simply tell us and we’ll give you a courteous refund of all
the fees you’ve paid.
5. A FREE three month trial period is the best method we use to get
new customers. Because we’re very good at what we do, the three
month trial period helps us prove to you how good we are without
any financial risk to you.
6. One common complaint with many accountancy firms is people don’t
think the Partners are proactive enough – giving suggestions
to improve your business, tax saving advice etc. Our clients have
